Sales Executive
Job description:
● Manage incoming sales enquiries via email and phone.
● Build rapport with and follow up with new and existing customers to generate and maximise sales.
● Generate quotations and invoices for customers.
● Follow through with customers from sales to fulfilment and delivery.
● Coordinate with kitchen team on customisation requests
● Liaise with logistics team on fulfilment and delivery.
● Liaise with the marketing team to develop promotional offers and activities.
● Track sales opportunities and pipeline.
● Support in making estore product updates.
● Support in catering setups and order fulfilment.
Requirements:
● Hold a diploma or degree in business management, hospitality or equivalent.
● Have 2-3 years of sales experience.
● Sales and results oriented.
● Possess excellent communication skills.
● Able to work well in a team and independently.

● Execute kitchen operations to ensure timely fulfilment of orders.
● Ensure food quality and consistency
● Support in crafting creative menu and dishes.
● Support Head Chef in kitchen operations.
● Monitor budget and supply inventory.
● Ensure workplace safety.
● Support in supplies ordering.
● Other adhoc tasks assigned.
Requirements:
● Diploma in culinary arts.
● Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
● Possess WSQ Food Safety Course Level 1 certification.
● Possess WSQ Food Safety Course Level 3 certification a plus.
● Able to work well in a team.
● Possess good time management and organisation skills.

● Keep kitchen work area safe and sanitary.
● Assist other Chefs with their duties.
● Maintain daily mise en place and prepare ingredients.
Requirements:
● Possess a culinary diploma.

● Possess WSQ Food Hygiene Level 1 certificate.
● Able to work well in a team.
