- Raise Purchase Orders (POs) and liaise with suppliers to ensure delivery is made timely.
- Performs day-to-day goods receiving and verification of physical goods upon deliveries.
- Perform PO closing and create adhoc supplier invoices in the procurement system.
- Follow up with suppliers with credit notes where required.
- Onboard new suppliers and manage supplier database.
- Liaise with accounts payable on payments to suppliers.
- Follow up with customers to collect accounts receivables timely for company’s brands.
- Submit einvoices to customer portals where applicable.
- Amend invoices and issue credit notes where necessary.
- Reconcile partner disbursement reports with receivables.
- Perform monthly warehouse stock taking and track packaging supplies.
- Manage staff pantry stock and replenishment.
