- Oversee catering and logistics activities
- Plan daily logistics delivery schedule to ensure timely events setup and delivery.
- Manage logistics drivers and setup team.
- Respond to and resolve day-to-day operational issues.
- Liaise with the sales team to understand special customer requests and with the kitchen team on order fulfillment timings.
- Review operational processes to ensure optimal efficiencies.
- Ensure workplace safety.
- Support in event setups where needed.
Requirements:
- Hold a diploma or degree in logistics or business management preferred.
- Possess 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
- Resourceful.

- Build rapport and follow up with customers to generate and maximise sales.
- Generate quotations and invoices for customers.
- Follow through with customers from sales to fulfilment and delivery.
- Coordinate with kitchen team and styling teams on customisation requests and advise customers accordingly.
- Liaise with logistics team on fulfilment and delivery.
- Track sales opportunities and pipeline.

- Ensure health and safety standards are adhered to in the kitchen
- Lead and manage new projects assigned
- Identify areas in kitchen processes for efficiency improvement and implement changes
- Conduct monthly inventory check.
- Manage P&L goals - cost and manpower management etc.
Requirements:
- Possess a diploma in culinary arts.
- Possess 3-5 years of working experience in food manufacturing or central kitchen management.
