Our cold kitchen team, that is made up of cheese enthusiasts, are always excited to share their love for and knowledge of cheese through the cheese platters they meticulously assemble and grazing tables that are styled with much finesse and passion. Our cheese platters and grazing tables are not only edible works of art but they are also well-thought-out assemblages of fresh premium produce. From the choice of speciality cheese to the way they are sliced and the selection of food pairings, much love and passion go into our cheese platters and grazing tables. 

Cheese Selections We Use

To ensure that palates are not overwhelmed by a hodgepodge of flavours, our cheese experts limit the cheeses variety in each platter and grazing table to not more than five at one time. Different textured cheeses and those with interesting flavours are also intentionally chosen for a truly gastronomic experience! 

Snowdonia Cheese Company ​Extra Mature Cheddar

This award-winning cheese has much character. The Black Bomber is a uniquely-flavoured vintage cheddar with an intense tangy flavour and hints of caramel. Its smooth and creamy texture makes a cheese- savouring experience even more enjoyable. The striking black wax coating helps keep the prized cheese moist and in good condition.

Snowdonia Cheese Company ​Truffle Trove

Italian Black Summer Truffles and extra mature cheddar from North Wales are melded together in this luxurious combination that has an earthy aroma with undertones of wild mushroom and hazelnut.

French Triple Cream Black Truffle Delice

This ultra-silky and and buttery French triple cream cheese has a layer of black truffle sandwiched in between. The addition of cream during the production of the cheese makes it extremely smooth and soft. Its mild flavour complements the intense earthy and nutty taste of the indulgent black truffle shavings.  

Prima Donna

A multi-award-winning cheese, Prima Donna Maturo stands out with its pleasantly piquant flavour. It is a brilliant cross between an aged gouda and an Italian Parmigiano Reggiano. Perfectly aged qualities of the cheese are marked by the fine yet visible salt and protein crystals.

Truffle Gouda

The ​truffle gouda is a much-needed delicacy on our cheese platters. The black truffle shavings generously spread throughout the perfectly aged cheese makes the earthy taste of truffle come to the fore. The smooth texture and unique flavour of this gouda make this exotic semi-hard cheese a crowd favourite!

Sambal Chilli Gouda

A hard cheese that appeals to local taste buds. This specialty cheese is a combination of mild Dutch cheese and slivers of spicy chilli.

French Camembert

Made in France, the Camembert on our cheese platters has a firm texture and meltingly soft centre with an earthy and intense aroma and flavour. It pairs well with crusty bread, fruit, artisanal crackers, nuts, beer and wine.
